We are looking for the following roles for the Cork Opera House production
of SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS.
PRINCE: Leading man required to play the Prince. Exceptional vocal/acting ability.
Handsome, charming, heroic. Playing age 20 – 25 yrs. Must be a minimum of 5’9″
in height and a high baritone or tenor. (Audition song : ‘Who I’d Be’ from
Shrek)
MALE AND FEMALE DANCERS: Excellent trained dancers with very good singing voices to play in the ensemble and other roles within the story, including the Dwarfs. Must be strong triple threats and versatile skilled dancers with good energy. No particular height requirements!
Contract details :
For Principals (The Prince) the fee will be as follows: €8,400 Total.
This fee is based on a weekly fee of €700 per week for 12 Weeks. In addition
to this Principals will be paid a further one eighth of €700 for each extra
performance exceeding eight performances in any given week (A week runs from
Monday to Sunday).
For the Ensemble the fee will be as follows: €6,600 Total.
This fee is based on a weekly fee of €550 per week. In addition they will be
paid a further one eighth of €550 for each extra performance exceeding eight
performances in any given week. (A week runs from Monday to Sunday).
